FRV FIREWALL

The structure consists of FRV Fireboard protect around the steel frame, fire resistance level is 60 ~ 240 minutes depending on the thickness of FRV Fireboard material.

The material is fire retardant, water resistant, bacteria & termite resistant, and completely safe without content of heavy metals, formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other harmful chemicals.

INTRODUCTION FOR FRV FIREDOOR

Currently, fire doors are a mandatory requirement for works that require approval for fire prevention and fighting.

PROBLEM OF FIRE RESISTANT IMMERSION SOLUTION

According to Vietnamese standard QCVN 06:2020, from July 2020, when testing fire doors, the whole set of doors must be burned, including the door and the frame.

For the above reason, most of the previous fire wood doors – using door frames impregnated with fire retardant solution, will not achieve fire retardance standards.

FIRE DOOR ADHESIVE DISSOLVING PROBLEM

Another problem, conventional fire wood doors use the method of joining layers of fire panels into natural wood core by pressing with adhesive and screwing.

When the door is burned at high temperature for a long time, the adhesive (which is essentially a polymer) will melt, the screws will expand and loosen, thereby collapsing the fire door structure.
