FRV FIREDOOR

The structure consists of a natural wood core molded around by FRV Fireboard material.

Saving the process costs of fire material adhesive into the wood core, dealing with the problem of dissolving the adhesive causing the fire door to collapse due to high temperature for a long time.

FRV FIREWALL

The structure consists of FRV Fireboard protect around the steel frame, fire resistance level is 60 ~ 240 minutes depending on the thickness of FRV Fireboard material.

The material is fire retardant, water resistant, bacteria & termite resistant, and completely safe without content of heavy metals, formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other harmful chemicals.

CHARACTERISTICS OF FRV FIREBOARD

FIRE RETARDANT - HEAT INSULATING

With composition including natural mineral magnesium oxide, FRV Fireboard material is fire resistant up to A1 – the highest in the fire retardant material scale.

WATER & MOISTURE RESISTANT

FRV Fireboard material has excellent water resistance. Expansion of dimensions <1.5% after days of immersion in water or years in high humidity environments.

ANTIBACTERIAL - SOUND INSULATING

FRV Fireboard has excellent sound insulation, anti-bacterial and termite resistance. No need of chemical treatment against bacteria and termites like types of industrial wood.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY - SAFE

FRV Fireboard material is composed of agricultural by-products (rice husk, rice straw, sugarcane carcass, coir, tree bark…) and natural minerals, environmentally friendly and safe for humans.

TYPES OF FLOORS AND SHELTS

Cabinets and shelves are fire retardant, water-resistant, odor, bacteria and termite resistant without chemical treatment.

WOOD HOUSE WALLS

FRV material has high strength and good water resistance, suitable for cladding on two sides of steel frame to create wood house wall structure.
