FRV FIREBOARD

Environmentally friendly materials without use of wood particles, which are related to the direct exploitation of natural trees, but use of agricultural by-products (rice husks, rice straw, sugarcane carcasses, coffee seed husks, cashew nut shells…) along with natural minerals.

Advanced building materials with features of fire retardance, heat insulation, water resistance, sound insulation, bacteria, insects and termites resistance....

FRV FIREDOOR

The structure consists of a natural wood core molded around by FRV Fireboard material.

Saving the process costs of fire material adhesive into the wood core, dealing with the problem of dissolving the adhesive causing the fire door to collapse due to high temperature for a long time.

Competitive for costs, real for fire retardance, safe for works and users.

FRV FIREWALL

The structure consists of FRV Fireboard protect around the steel frame, fire resistance level is 60 ~ 240 minutes depending on the thickness of FRV Fireboard material.

The material is fire retardant, water resistant, bacteria & termite resistant, and completely safe without content of heavy metals, formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other harmful chemicals.

Easy for construction, real for fire retardantce, safe for works and users.

FRV FIREBOARD MATERIAL

FIRE RETARDANT - HEAT INSULATING

With composition including natural mineral magnesium oxide, FRV Fireboard material is fire resistant up to A1 – the highest in the fire retardant material scale.

WATER & MOISTURE RESISTANT

FRV Fireboard material has excellent water resistance. Expansion of dimensions <1.5% after days of immersion in water or years in high humidity environments.

ANTIBACTERIAL - SOUND INSULATING

FRV Fireboard has excellent sound insulation, anti-bacterial and termite resistance. No need of chemical treatment against bacteria and termites like types of industrial wood.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY - SAFE
